PAYMENT

I prefer to have a finalized and approved sketch before payment. I do accept up front payment if preferred. After the final draft needs no other changes, I will not continue until payment is sent. I currently do not take payment plans unless with friends or returning clients.

I do not sell to anyone under 16, and prefer anyone under 16 to DNI. I block freely for my own comfort.

For NSFW Commissions I require proof of DOB through a form of ID (No personal info shown)

PROCESS

Pieces can have unlimited changes and altercations, but complex changes especially beyond the lining/colouring phase may need to have extra payment before added. I wish to have a piece to be worth its price, but I will communicate if a change cannot be made.

Do NOT give me an AI description or prompt, or any AI generated reference unless you were unaware of it being AI and want it to be recreated as real art.

Requests for updates are okay, but please refrain from constantly checking in. I may not work on a piece daily and I do have a life and another job I prioritize. I will update or ask questions as often as I feel the need to.

Upon request, I can upload the finished piece directly to your toyhouse, or email it to you.

SERVICE

Please be as professional as possible. I treat everyone as a client despite casual and friendly banter. I don't mind becoming friends but do not come into this expecting to do so. I can close the commission if the conversation is inappropriate or makes me uncomfortable.

I have every right to refuse a service or issue a refund for any reason and you are not entitled to such reasons.

Refunds will only be issued between the lineart and colouring phases depending on complexity. I will not accept refunds beyond that point, but I can close the piece if you are no longer interested.

Please have at least semi solidified idea of what you want. I will accept you changing your mind one time, but I do not have the patience for you to constantly ask me to start over on new projects. Please come back when you're actually sure of what you want.

Please be semi active or at least consistent with your responses to me. I will always respect your personal life and you make me aware you wont be able to respond for a period of time- but I ask for my time to be respected in turn. If it takes you 2-3 days between numerous messages I will close the commission. I value my time and I have certain time blocks where I can work on art, and I may not be able to continue working until I have a response.

Usage of my work is only for personal use, such as PFPs, backgrounds, social media etc. But please place credits somewhere visible such as in a bio or caption. Credit can be Osiris the Revenant, revenantsremorse or a direct link to socials.

You may only post the piece that you paid for, do not ever repost my other works, and please tag me or credit me.

You may not trace my work. You may not use it as reference or send to other artists to reference without my direct permission. You will be blacklisted.

Do not edit my work or send to other artists to edit. If you want changes I will happily do them, most of the time for free.

You may NOT feed my art into AI, used for NFTs, used in c.ai, or anything of the sort. I do not ever support any form of generative AI, and you will be blacklisted and publicly warned.

CHARACTERS

With characters I design, please credit the piece that I made. You do not have to credit me for other pieces not made by me as long as you dont claim the design as your own. You must credit my toyhouse if you are uploading there.

You will be blacklisted if you use the character for anything I don't stand for. (Hate speech, darkshipping, glorifying s/h + suicide, etc.) Gore and complicating the design is OK, and NSFW is OK in adult + consentual contexts.

You may take inspiration from my other works but do not heavily reference other client's characters to use as your own. These designs are typically very personal and I wish to respect my clients and what their designs mean to them.

You may change the character's designs as you see fit, but once it is unrecognizable and seemingly a new character I no longer require credits to me for the design.

If you no longer wish to own a character you are allowed to trade it or sell it. Do not sell it for a higher price, unless other art is added or changes to the design is made. I will also happily take it back, but if it is returned to me I may change it, trade it, or sell it.
